education from Bastyr University) -- I do not accept nutrition "rules"
until I know for sure they make sense. What's the use of working hard to
make a change that is not truly helpful?
Furthermore,
since every person is different, cookie-cutter solutions will not work.
This is why I also use an energy management system called BodyTalk, which
can help reveal the underlying issues behind imbalances in the body.
It's
very important to me to empower my clients -- that's why I like to educate
with a sense of humor, drawing from my background as a computer programmer
and hobbies like salsa dancing, writing poems and taking pictures of food.

first hand the benefits of massage working on an elite wildland fire crew.
I discovered that regular massage helped my body to perform at the

use a combination of craniosacral therapy, matrix energetics, reiki and

on a multi-dimensional level. Sessions are created to empower the
client to use consciousness building tools in order to move to the next
level of their journey. EFT (emotional freedom technique),
qi gong exercises, and other energy healing techniques are taught as fits
a client's needs. I also teach all levels of Reiki, a gentle and
